Is luring a bannable action?

I saw a guy luring. Told me to use Ghorrock tele (Which I had to find out the hard way what it does =.=) And said there was a drop party with 100m. I took a screen shot. Just wanna know Neutral

I dont think luring is a ban... im sorry. Next time have some high levels go with you

Well it kind of depends what kind of luring it it because
a person I know who got lured he got banned because
he didn't know what was going on and he refused to give
back items he had baught from the donator shop and
I glock I had to ban that player so I think it should be
a 168 hour ban (7 days) and if done again the permenant
banning may need to take place but this may be an over
use of power

Also I was thinking what if there was more then one person
with a position and didn't know if the person had already
lured before so I was thinking that we might be able to
post up some annoucments appealing to the people
who have been caught luring so admins and mods know
to look out too see if that same person lures again

he is talking about pking... luring someone to kbd or some part of wild.

Luring is just pvp. But i don't know for sure if its not allowed.

iff it wasnt allowed it would state so in rules so no its not banable
